At Doodlie, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is delightful. However, in rare cases, if there’s an issue, please refer to our policy below.
🛍️ Return Policy
You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns are accepted only in these cases:
- 📦 Damaged product on arrival.
- 🔄 Wrong or different product (not as per description/details).
Conditions for Return:
- 🧾 Item must be unused and in original condition.
- 📦 Item must be in original packaging.
- 📝 Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
- 🚫 Products matching the description and size chart are not returnable.
💳 Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, you’ll receive a Doodlie Coupon Code for the refundable amount (after deductions).
In rare cases (approved by our team), refunds may be made to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchange Policy
You have 3 calendar days to request an exchange for:
- 🔁 Wrong item sent.
- 📏 Wrong size (if applicable).
Conditions remain the same as return policy.
Both-side shipping charges and any price difference must be paid by the customer.
❌ Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp at +91 92898 11877. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
📌 Important Notes:
- ⚠️ Products marked Not Returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
- 🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
